Sector Honolulu received a report of an overturned kayak approx 11 miles due North of Hana, Maui. The kayak is described as a single person, sit-on-top, red, yellow and orange in color. Additionally, there is a paddle tethered to it. If anyone has any information regarding the kayak please call the command center at 808-842-2600. Mahalo. Maui 24/7

***Attention: US Coast Guard Sector Honolulu received a report on 01/05/2024 at 5:34pm of a missing swimmer in the vicinity of Kapa'a Beach, Kauai approximately 500 yards offshore of the Pono Kai Resort.
