Filling a prescription? There are multiple options to get your prescription(s) at the pharmacy.

For new prescriptions, you can scan the QR code or text “get in line” to the phone number (833) 256-3624 and it will place you into our virtual queue by selecting from the following available options. Option 1, which activates any new prescription(s) placed in your profile within the last 14 days OR select Option 2, which allows you to speak to our staff directly via text messaging. Please note that Option 2 is our preferred method of communication to the pharmacy.

For refill prescriptions, you can utilize the refill tab on your MHS Genesis Patient Portal website or call the refill phone line at (240) 857-7978 which will require you to enter the prescription number found on your prescription label.

If you have any issues with the options above, you can reach us at (202) 404-7742 but please understand our phone lines are limited.

DID YOU KNOW?! You can refill your prescriptions on your MHS GENESIS Patient Portal!

You can now use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to request refills for most prescriptions from your military pharmacy. This feature, which began Feb. 29, 2024, applies to your existing medications that
have remaining refills.

If your prescription has no refills left, or it's expired, you'll need to contact your provider for a renewal. You can do this using a scheduled appointment or you can use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to request a renewal. Depending on the medication, you may have to see your provider for a consult.

***JBAB COVID-19 2023-2024 VACCINE UPDATES***

The JBAB Immunization Clinic will no longer be offering the Pediatric COVID-19 2023-2024 vaccine for those who are 5 to 11 years old. The vaccine will still be offered at Joint Base Andrews, Fort Belvoir, Fort Meade, and Walter Reed and is also available at local pharmacies.
