The Santa Paula Branch Line Trail project is making progress!
Since early 2024, we've engaged 120+ people, held 4 public meetings, 7 community council updates, and received 200 survey responses to shape the 4-mile multi-use path. This trail will connect Saticoy, Montalvo, North Bank, and Cabrillo Village, offering a safe, accessible route for walking and biking. Thanks to all that have participated in this process.

The updated Climate Action and Resilience Plan (CARP) is now available on the General Plan website! This plan outlines a bold new vision for climate action, sets clear goals for reducing greenhouse gas emissions, and identifies key programs to increase resilience in our community.
🔹 Highlights:
• The draft CARP was endorsed by the City Council in July 2023.
• The final version now includes an appendix of Priority Action Plans and will be presented for Council Endorsement on Feb 25, 2025.
