Visitors who pre-purchased Tram, Documentary Movie, or Virtual Reality tickets for 9 - 10 am may redeem them later on Saturday within the following time windows: Tram from 10 am - 4 pm, Documentary Movie from 11 - 5 pm, and Virtual Reality from 10:30 am - 5 pm. If you’d prefer to not come later in the day, refunds are also available for 9 - 10 am tickets holders upon request by contacting our Call Center.

The Gateway Arch will open one hour late at 10am today, Saturday January 25th, due to IT system difficulties.

In 2025, the National Park Service will waive the entrance fee to national parks on six days — an opportunity to experience the wonders of nature, culture and history without the cost of entry! At Gateway Arch National Park, the $3 entrance fee (part of Tram Ride to the Top and the Documentary Movie adult tickets) is waived. The 2025 free entrance days are:
✴️ Jan. 20 — Martin Luther King Jr. Day
✴️ April 19 — First Day of National Park Week
✴️ June 19 — Juneteenth National Independence Day
✴️ Aug. 4 — Great American Outdoors Act Signing Day
✴️ Sept. 27 — National Public Lands Day
