As the third-generation owner of Washington Alarm, a company that has proudly served the community for over 81 years, Shannon’s journey in the business began early, learning the ropes and officially joining the team full-time in 2000. Beyond her leadership at Washington Alarm, Shannon’s passion for empowering the next generation, community service, and the outdoors continues to inspire and shape the way she leads.

Spreading Joy this Holiday Season! Last week, Lauren-Julia and her friend Melody carried on their cherished tradition by volunteering at Fire Station 75, where they eagerly wrapped gifts for the annual Toys for Joy event. This act of kindness has been a significant part of their lives since their high school days! Lauren-Julia expressed her delight, saying, "I love seeing the little kids wrap gifts; their excitement is contagious, and their enthusiasm to return to wrap more is heartwarming. It’s a fulfilling way to spread joy during the holiday season." To show our gratitude, we also gifted the dedicated firefighters with Dochi donuts and coffee gift cards.
