Explore the art of knitting with experienced local knitters. Learn basic techniques and make a small, take-home creation involving the four basic stitches (casting on, knitting, purling, and binding off).

Participants are encouraged to bring their own knitting needles, if possible. However, needles will be available to borrow if needed and all yarn will be provided.

NOW accepting book donations for the Spring Book Sale in April! You may bring your books to the double door foyer of the Myersville Town Hall and leave them in the breezeway. We will take books up until March 31. Just a reminder, no VHS, encyclopedias, textbooks or magazines. We are so grateful for the great support we have with the Booksales. All proceeds go directly to benefit activities and events at the Myersville Library! Donate your books, then come back and get some new ones in April!

Join Myersville Community Library for fun upcoming events!

The FCPL's Memory Lab is back at the Myersville Library from today to Thursday, November 07. Be sure to schedule an appointment to create your story. Use this link to schedule an appointment https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10c044eaaa629a75-memory4 #/ or call the Myersville Library at 301-600-8350.

On Saturday, November 09 at 1:30 PM, learn about The Dewey Draper Murder, a tragic tale of a husband and wife in the Wolfsville area during the Great Depression.

Thursday, November 14, from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM, is a D&D One Shot event for tweens, teens, and adults.

Saturday, November 16th is a craft supply swap from 10:30 AM to 3:30 PM. This is a great event to swap out supplies you don't need anymore for new craft supplies!

Are you in 3rd, 8th grade, or in between? On Thursday, November 21, from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM, is chess for kids!

Join all these fun events at the Myersville Community Library.

Join us at our Book Sale on Saturday, November 02, 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Our book sale will take place alongside the Lions Club Breakfast at Myersville Town Hall.

We have lots of great children's books! Be sure to add this event to your calendar. Remember, profits from the Book Sale support our local Myersville Community Library for the events they host and supplies they need to make events possible for us.

The library has kicked off a small fundraising campaign to celebrate the 5th anniversary of the Myersville Community Library!

There are 24 blank bricks for sale to benefit the library. Donors will receive a custom dedication brick to be a part of the Myersville Community Library plaza. We expect the bricks to sell out fairly quickly, so please help support our library in Myersville.

We are accepting book donations until Saturday, October 19! Our book sale will be on Saturday, November 02. Please drop off your books at the Myersville Townhall, 300 Main Street. We are NOT taking magazines, textbooks, encyclopedias, dictionaries, or thesauruses.
