Ilikai Hotel Five-0 Tribute & Vintage Waikiki Tribute to the 50 year anniversary of the iconic Ilikai Hotel! Fans are encouraged to "LIKE PAGE", post comments as well as photos of their memories!

The Ilikai Hotel turned 50 on February 29th, 2014. This landmark hotel put travel to Hawaii on the map after being shown in the opening credits of Hawaii Five-0 beginning in 1968. This page serves as a scrapbook of sorts for present and past employees, patrons and guests to share their stories, information and photos of the Ilikai and surrounding Wakiki. SINCE BEGINNING THIS TRIBUTE TO THE ILIKAI

BACK IN APRIL, I BEGAN TO SEGUE A BIT WITH HISTORY OF THE HILTON HAWAIIAN VILLAGE NEXT DOOR AND WITHIN THAT PROCESS BECAME CURIOUS ABOUT A WHOLE LOT MORE SO THINGS HAVE EXPANDED TO INCLUDE WAIKIKI AND OTHER VARIOUS INTERESTING THINGS ABOUT HONOLULU IN GENERAL... SORT OF A "THEN AND NOW" IF YOU WILL!
