It’s another great day in the Army! FS Neri just joined the greatest team in the world! As a mother of 2 and married to an active duty service member, she took took upon a challenge to better herself for her family. She said yes to a calling and trusted me with the process. I couldn’t be more proud! She’s winning on all levels!

Today officially marks 13 years in the Army! What an incredible journey so far! So many life lessons, so much growth and personal development, and so many irreplaceable memories that only the Army can give. Words cannot express how grateful I am and so thankful for my support team of my wife, kids, family/friends, leaders of the past, Soldiers I’ve led, and my fellow NCOs!

I did thing yesterday. I re-enlisted indefinitely into the Army. The past 13 years have been so amazing to me and my family. I would like to thank my amazing wife, resilient children, my supportive family, and all I’ve worked with to shape me into the NCO I am now. I also extend another year here in Hawaii! Blessing upon blessing! I can’t wait to see what I can do!!

It’s another great day in the Army! Let’s welcome FS Aviles, the Army’s newest infantry recruit! FS enlisted into the Army Reserves as an 11B, with at $17,000 signing bonus and $30,000 for the SLRP(student loan repayment program). This exceptional individual over came some much adversity and his motivation will carry him far! FS Aviles is also an alumni of ! I can’t wait to see what you can do for the Army. He put in the work, and trusted me with the process! I couldn’t be more proud!

It’s another great day in the Army! FS Dooley is now apart greatest team on earth. FS Dooley enlisted into the Army Reserves under the MOS of 92Y, Unit Supply Specialist. He also got a $17,000 signing bonus!! He also gets the benefit of coming back home and working right here in Hawaii. He trusted me with the process, and he put in the work. I’m couldn’t more proud of this future Soldier.

13 years ago I swore into the US Army. It was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for myself and my family. I just want to give thanks to everyone that supported our journey, the mentors that have shaped my leadership style, and the Soldiers I’ve led in the past. And most of all, thank you to my amazing wife and children. Without these people, I am nothing….because they are everything to me

It’s always a great day in the Army when someone joins the best team in the world!
FS Justice received at a $40,000 signing bonus with her job as a 92A, Automated Logistical Specialist!
She also joins the ranks of being a dual service couple! Her husbands currently serves and now they are a power couple to be be reckoned with! She entrusted me with the process, and worked hard for her goals! Thank you FS Justice!

It’s a day great in the Army when you help 3 outstanding individuals join the best team in the world.

Top: FS Garcia just enlisted into the Army as an OCS candidate! His prior service experience will help him excel as he learns to become an Army Officer

Left: FS Bencito is a Senior that just secured his post graduation goals! Enlisted as a 12B(combat engineer), and got to pick his 1st duty station at JBLM, Washington state!

Right: FS Lamanna is a 2022 graduate and enlisted as a 88M(motor transportation operator) and also got the Airborne Ranger option with a $40,000 bonus!

These 3 took upon a challenge, and all 3 entrusted me with the process. They’re winning on all levels!! I couldn’t be more proud!
