The Mackenzie Highlanders Bagpipes & Drums are back again this year to send off our First Responder Climbers! We have over 85 firefighters and law enforcement climbing with us this year, the competition for the Fire and Law Traveling Trophies is going to be tough!

Climbers are crossing the finish line at the Embassy Club and earning their medals! Once they complete the climb, participants have climbed a total of 1,656 steps across multiple buildings in Downtown Des Moines, all for lung health and loved ones.

Today nearly 700 climbers will climb 79 floors in the stairwells of multiple Downtown Des Moines buildings all to support !
