Happy 53rd birthday, Servicios! It was on this day in 1972 that a dozen advocates for the Latino community created our organization. Since then, we've grown to be the biggest bilingual nonprofit in Colorado, and we continue our mission to empower individuals and strengthens communities by providing and advocating for culturally responsive health and human services and opportunities.

Ms. Jeanette Vizguerra, one of this country’s most important voices regarding humane, just immigration reform, was detained by ICE yesterday without warning. ICE appears to be ready to deport her even though ICE knows they don’t have a valid deportation order. Jeanette’s attorneys have raised serious legal errors but so far it seems that ICE is committed to ripping her away from her family, community without any concern for due process rights! Please join us in calling for her release by signing the petition and/or calling your representatives.

Ms. Vizguerra has led her fight against deportation since 2009. ICE detained the community leader, mother and grandmother without warning on March 17, 2025. Her attorneys have raised concerns about serious legal errors and violations of due process. Sign and share today!
