Hand-Crafted Colorado Festival

Hand-Crafted Colorado Festival An artisanal trade show that will showcase amazing Colorado products including clothing, art, jewelry, food, beer, wine and spirits. Coming July 2013!

Small businesses are amazing things. Their ingenuity, determination, and hard work not only create jobs and stimulate the economy, but also give birth to some of the most unique and dynamic products/services available to the local public. Small businesses are powerhouses of creativity. They are nurtured by local people and infused with local color--colors from all palettes, representing countless

shades. In 2009, small businesses employed 49.3% of the private-sector workforce in Colorado, and 73% of surveyed U.S. citizens “consciously” shopped at small businesses because they valued the quality and diversity they brought to the local economy. So, it is clear that the “voices” of small business are a vital, enriching presence. What is less clear is how to provide these “voices” with a megaphone—a megaphone with which to declare their greatness and give POWER to their one-of-a-kind words and expressions. Fortunately for the Front Range of Colorado, we found a megaphone, and we're turning up the volume. From the creators of BeerCraving.com and the Chef N Brew Festival of Denver, we bring you Hand Crafted Colorado, a festival designed entirely to showcase and support the local artisans of Colorado. In July 2013, Downtown Denver will become a hotbed of Colorado-grown entrepreneurship. Hand-selected vendors from all across the state will descend on our venue to stand before their potential patrons and pitch their products to a local, appreciative public: clothing, beer, wine, art, home decor, food, accessories, and much more! As Colorado-proud consumers and producers ourselves, we are thrilled to be able to lend a voice to the eager and passionate small businesses of the Front Range. What’s more, we are excited to gather all the most compelling local artisans of the Denver/Boulder area under “one roof”--a gathering that neither patron nor promoter would be wise to miss! For every $100 spent locally, $73 remains in the local economy, whether through taxes or continued purchases. That is compared to $43 from a non-local businesses, which is likely to create fewer jobs and far less interesting products. So, come support ALL THINGS LOCAL. Come put your money to work in YOUR community. Come sample artisanal beer, wine, and food from your own backyard. Come find what is REAL and what is GOOD--what is HAND CRAFTED--at Hand Crafted Colorado.
