Denver Union Station is ecstatic to welcome Olive & Finch next week - March 10th!

Occupying the 1,879 square-foot space across from Tattered Cover, the counter service restaurant will be open for dinner, happy hour, lunch and breakfast and will boast a robust selection of Chef Mary Nguyen’s signature affordable, high-quality offerings available for dine-in or grab-and-go. Menu offerings include breakfast favorites, sharable starters like beef kofta and tomato tartine, a variety of soups and salads, cold sandwiches including the popular Woody-Wood and Luca, dinner favorites such as dan dan noodles, the O&F burger and garlic roasted chicken along with cold-pressed bottled juices, craft coffees and a selection of wine, beer and cocktails.

“With Olive & Finch, I wanted to offer diners a spot that was chef-driven but didn’t require a big-time commitment, a hefty price tag or a compromise to healthy values,” Nguyen said. “Our goal has always been to create a space where you could get great food that was accessible in more of a casual, convenient environment and we can’t wait for travelers and Denver locals to experience Olive & Finch at Denver Union Station.” We can't wait to see you enjoying Olive & Finch with us next week!

Please join Denver Union Station, The Crawford Hotel, The Oxford Hotel and the Crawford family as we commemorate the remarkable legacy of renowned Denver urban preservationist Dana Crawford with a Community Celebration on Sunday, Feb. 23rd.

The event will be held from 2 p.m. – 5 p.m. in the Great Hall at Denver Union Station and will include memories shared by Crawford family members and Colorado dignitaries. A Denver brass band will lead a traditional New Orleans-style parade between the outdoor plaza at Denver Union Station and The Oxford Hotel along 17th Street.

Dana Crawford was a visionary who made an impact on Denver, Colorado, and beyond by saving places like Larimer Square, The Oxford Hotel, by ushering in the creation of the LoDo historic district, and redeveloping Denver Union Station.
