I am looking for two or three people to help me load two 26' uhaul trailers on 7/31/24 starting at 2pm. It will prob take 2-3 hours. Foundations Inc. is proud to announce the opening of our first men's recovery residence in Aurora, CO! Foundations Inc. program completion timeline is designed to be graduated in one year based on the various levels that act as a benchmark for accomplishments in recovery. Foundations Inc. offers peer support, SUD and behavioral health counseling by a licensed provider, and affordable group housing for an enhanced peer influenced environment that operates in accordance with the program requirements established for all participants.

Foundations Oakland and all other residences are managed by an on site house manager who carries out the policies and procedures outlined in the operational structure of the residence and the program itself, ensuring that all program participants are adhering to their duties and responsibilities and that the overall environment provided is exceptionally conducive to and supportive of growth in recovery.

Dillon Larson - Chief Operations Officer:

Meet Dillon Larson, an experienced real estate agent and investor. Dillon is also a person in long-term recovery. He believes in creating a positive impact on the environment, as well as clients and individuals recovering from addiction. Armed with a Bachelor of Science degree from Utah State University in environmental studies, he has merged his love for nature with his entrepreneurial spirit to become a successful business owner and community leader.

As a co-founder and co-owner of Foundations Inc, a prominent sober living company, I have dedicated myself to helping individuals on their journey to recovery. I am committed to creating a supportive and nurturing environment that has helped transform lives and also establish Foundations Inc. as a beacon of hope in the community.

In the realm of real estate, Dillon is the proud owner of Larson Home Realty, a thriving residential real estate brokerage. Additionally, he owns and manages multiple rental properties across multiple states. Over the course of the last 11 years, he has consistently been recognized as among the top 5% of all realtors in Colorado. Dillon feels blessed with this honor and considers it a direct reflection of his hard work, dedication and expertise.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Dillon is a true adventurer at heart. He formerly served as a Wildland Firefighter, which allowed him to be outdoors where he finds his peace and serenity. When he is not working he enjoys camping, hiking, basketball and golf. Dillon has a firm belief that in order to achieve true success it must come from nurturing the physical, emotional and spiritual side of life. In his personal life, he shares every moment with his Doberman, Shady. She is a loyal companion who adds so much joy and happiness to my life.
