CUSTOMERS:
* How much is it? - $19 and a canned food donation for one of either houses. $20 without a canned food donation for one of either houses. $25 for both houses. This is a scary effect that takes place in our parking lot. For any of the listed costs, you can upgrade your pass to a VIP, making it so you do not have to wait in line. The VIP cost is $5 per one house.
* What types of payme
nt do you accept? - We'll glady accept your soul.. But in all seriousness, we accept cash, visa, mastercard, discover, and american express. You may also purchase your tickets at participating King Sooper stores, or online.
* Where are you located? - 3184 S Parker Rd, Aurora CO 80014 I-225 & Parker Road (next to King Soopers across the street from Nine Mile Station)
* Are food and drink allowed? - We do sell drinks and snacks outside. However, they are PROHIBITED once you enter the houses.
* Are pets allowed? - Unfortunately no. There is too much going on to have them enter. If you have any other questions, comments, or concerns, please let me know. EMPLOYEES:
* What do I wear? - Breathable black clothing that you can wear under your costume. And most parts require wearing makeup which will be done before opening.
* What time should I be at work? - Opening is at 7:00pm Be at the house by at least 6:00pm to get ready for the night.
* What should I bring? - Black clothes, YOUR OWN FLASHLIGHT, and your talent of scaring people. You are allowed to bring something to drink as long as it has a lid and its not alcohol (but common sense)
* How does closing work? - Everyone who buys a ticket before the booth closes must go through the house before employees can leave. You must get the "OK" from whoever worked outside before leaving. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS When you purchase tickets for BOTH houses, you also receive a pass to enter our "black hole." Haha. Costumes are all at the house.
