Here is a quick list of last minute things to do before buyers enter your home for a showing.
1. All blinds open. Let that natural light in as much as possible. If you have heavy drapes, take them down.
2. Stainless steel wipe down. You don’t want fingerprints and dog dribble everywhere. Make them shine!
3. No plug ins please!!! Fake smells make buyers think you are masking something. Go with diffusers and essential oils.
4. Cleanliness is important! Vacuum, mop and have those floors shiny.
5. Lights on then you leave. Buyers don’t want sellers hanging around for showings.
