Two public art opportunities are currently open!
1. Cocklebur Reimagined at Pioneer Park:
Create a new piece of art to celebrate Commerce City's historical horse, Cocklebur.

2. Indigenous Public Art at CALU Park:
Set to open later this year, this new park's name stands for Cheyenne, Arapahoe, Lakota, and Ute Indigenous tribes.

Meet the amazing Ratha Sok (Ratha Sok )! 🤩 This first-generation Cambodian American artist works in various mediums, and is known for his storytelling and community-centered works across the Denver metro area and beyond. The underpass project featured lives at Adams City High School, and was done in collaboration with students in 2022. Since then, Ratha continues to add elaborate design elements throughout. Monaco Park’s stunning new mural at the fit court was the centerpiece of our celebration and we also highlighted the beautifully decorated traffic boxes around the city.
