❤️ Our volunteers ensure all children who have experienced abuse or neglect in Clermont County receive stability, safety and permanency through the appointment of Court Appointed Special Advocates. Continue reading to learn about the experience of Marti Kleinfelter, one of our long-term volunteers, and learn how you, too, can change a child's life.

💙 Marti first heard about CASA through multiple friends at the same time and it sounded like a good match. As a teacher she had always helped her students and she missed helping others once she retired. She knew nothing about it before she began to volunteer, other than attending their quarter auction fundraising events!

😊 We asked Marti, "Do you have a favorite CASA moment that makes you smile?" She responded, "Not one thing. It is rewarding when children get is a stable loving home either with parents, relatives or foster families."

❤️ Every case is different. Marti is guided through each case by the helpful staff, especially Sharon! She says, "It is rewarding knowing I am helping families."

💙 If you are looking for a meaningful way to help in your local community, consider becoming a volunteer with CASA.
