Did you know ?
Dogs have millions more scent receptors than humans. A dog's nose has between 100 million and 300 million olfactory receptors, while a human's has only 5 to 6 million.
Here, Duke is keeping up on his training finding hidden drugs for his handler. Duke would like to give some advice, if you have illegal drugs, hide them in the flowers, he never looks there.

K9 Demonstration at Altoona's National Night Out 2024!

Our K9s are always a crowd favorite. There was exciting action to watch and see how your police dogs serve your community! There was a chase, a search, and a BITE. Some of you got to meet our K9s and get pictures.

Thank you for supporting our police department and our K9s! 🐾
