"The most rewarding aspect of teaching is witnessing the ah-ha moments. I have worked with both students and teachers (through PD) and it is truly awesome to watch someone figure out how a learning outcome connects to their own personal situation. I like to start every program with the idea that students should leave with more questions than they came with but that these questions are more informed, dive deeper into the topic and spark a lasting curiosity because there is always more to learn."
