Anyone can save a life with naloxone (Narcan). Naloxone is a medication that reverses the effects of an opioid overdose and it is safe and easy to use. Anyone who is at risk of witnessing or experiencing an overdose should consider carrying naloxone.
Free naloxone is available to pick up at our three health centers, while supplies last. Our health centers are open Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. No appointment is necessary, and no ID is required; just ask the lobby staff for naloxone or Narcan. Saint Louis County residents can also request a free Narcan rescue kit by mail or pick one up at five County library branches (Florissant Valley, Lewis & Clark, Natural Bridge, Rock Road, and Weber Road). Narcan saves lives, so get yours today!
