📢 Upcoming Public Hearing Notice for Senate District 12 Residents
🗓️ Date: Wednesday, January 29, 2025 Time: 1:00 PM Location: Capitol Auditorium & Video Conference

We invite you to participate in the joint hearing on SB534, relating to the Hawaii Community Development Authority. This important legislation proposes to repeal the ban on residential development in Kakaako Makai and to increase the building height limit to 400 feet.

🌐 This move comes as part of efforts to generate income while addressing environmental, capacity, and flight-path concerns amidst updates to the Kakaako Makai community-based plan.

Residents are encouraged to attend and voice their opinions. For those unable to attend in person, a video conference option will be available.
