सलाहकार (विशेष कार्य) Delhi Metro Rail Corporation श्री दलजीत सिंह ने पटना मेट्रो रेल प्रोजेक्ट के निर्माण स्थलों का जायज़ा लिया और निर्माण कार्यों में तेजी लाने के अतिरिक्त सभी स्टेशन पर प्री-मॉनसून तैयारियों को शुरू करने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने मलाही पकड़ी, कट एण्ड कवर, भूतनाथ रोड, आइएसबीटी डिपो, बिहार म्यूज़ियम, आकाशवाणी, गांधी मैदान, पीएमसीएच, पटना विश्वविद्यालय, मॉइन उल हक स्टेडियम मेट्रो स्टेशन निर्माण स्थलों पर जारी सिविल, इलेक्ट्रिकल व ट्रैक संबंधी कार्यों का निरीक्षण किया।श्री सिंह ने मेट्रो के अधिकारियों को मॉनसून के आगमन के पहले सभी निर्माण साइट पर अधिक से अधिक निर्माण कार्य को पूरा कराने का निर्देश दिया तथा स्टाफ एवं कामगारों के लिए साइट पर उपलब्ध सुविधाएं जैसे बाथरूम, रेस्ट एरिया, कैन्टीन आदि का भी निरीक्षण किया। Urban Development & Housing Dept, Govt. of Bihar

TBM -1 of has been launched for its 2nd journey from PU towards Gandhi maidan. Operating within the Corridor-2 Line section between ISBT station and Patna Junction, as part of Phase- I construction this TBM machine will construct a 2302 -metre long tunnel on the ‘downline’ from Patna University metro station to Gandhi maidan via PMCH station. Equipped with a state-of-the-art computerized navigation system, TBM -1 will dig an average of 10 m per day. The TBMs are piloted by a highly trained specialist crew who will work around the clock while the tunnels are being built to with almost no disturbance above ground for traffic, businesses and residents.

Shri Shri O.H.Pande, Director (Electrical) of Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC), visited Moin Ul Haq Stadium, Rajendra Nagar, Malahi Pakri, KhemniChak, Bhootnath, Zero Mile, Saguna More, Mithapur RSS and Depot. Shri Pande started with Moin ul haq stadium site where he was briefed about the TBM tunnelling progress and Electrical progress in the station where the tunneling will commence soon. He was updated by the officials on the progress of the constructions work at all the sites of Patna Metro Project.
